Expansion and improvement of Cambridge Core ecommerce service

From today, users of Cambridge Core will benefit from improvements to the digital ecommerce options available to them. The improvements include the option to purchase digital access to books and Cambridge Elements titles and the ability to add different formats such as Higher Education textbooks and journal articles to a single basket for checkout, meaning all can now be purchased in a single transaction.

This development means users of Cambridge Core can now more easily purchase the digital content they need directly with us, avoiding the need to purchase through a third party. Print purchasing will still take place via www.cambridge.org and will be clearly signposted alongside digital purchasing options.

There will be some exceptions for what’s available through the new ecommerce service, predominantly limited to titles included in our Academic Trade Programme. These titles will be restricted from sale on Cambridge Core, however a link to www.ebooks.com will remain on the Cambridge site for now.
