FAQs
Do you have exhibition boards?
Yes, we can provide exhibition boards as well as a professional hanging system for artwork in the ground floor rooms.
Do you have on-site car parking? Or where is the nearest parking?
As part of our sustainability commitment, we encourage our visitors to either walk, cycle or use public transport where possible. For directions, please visit our Getting Here page.
Exhibitors and artists can request a short, dedicated drop-off time slot to deliver their artwork to The Pitt Building. Vehicles must then be moved to alternative parking facilities. The nearest of which is the public Grand Arcade car park (Corn Exchange Street, CB2 3QF), a short five-minute walk away from The Pitt Building.
Are you open during weekends?
Our standard opening hours are 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. However, if you would like to host an exhibition over a weekend, please contact us and we will always do our best to accommodate your event.
Will my artwork be safe in the building overnight?
Yes. All our gallery spaces can be individually locked. There are also CCTV cameras in operation in conjunction with 24-hour remote monitoring by security staff and an active intruder alarm.
What is your cancellation policy?
