Can I book the room for multiple days?
Yes, of course. As long as we have availability we can look at multi-day bookings. We may also be able to offer a discount for repeat bookings. Our rooms get booked very quickly though and we would advise to book as far in advance as you can.
Is the Newton Room accessible?
Yes. The Newton Room is one of our more accessible rooms. It is located on the ground floor and offers easy accessibility from the rear of the building.
Can we hire the room in conjunction with the Darwin Room?
If the Darwin Room is available, the two rooms can be hired together, which means you'll have sole use of a superb ground floor event space.
When do you need final numbers for our event?
We ask that final numbers are provided no less than a week in advance of your event. This is particularly important for those events where catering is provided.
Do you offer technical assistance?
Yes, we are trained in the use of our own A/V equipment, and our staff will be on hand to assist you where we can.
