What is included in the room hire rate?
Our room hire packages include use of our A/V equipment such as projection facilities and a laptop for each room. We also offer still and sparkling water, pads and pens on request, flipchart or whiteboard and Wi-Fi access.
Can we hire the Cass Room for a couple of hours?
We strongly encourage a half day or full day room hire and generally this is needed when factoring in set-up and take-down time. However, if this model does not fit with your event we will be happy to offer a tailored solution for you.
I need an extra breakout space. Do you have a similar smaller room?
The adjacent Wright Room is often booked in conjunction with the Cass Room to provide an extra breakout area or refreshment space.
When do you need final numbers for our event?
We ask that final numbers are provided no less than a week in advance of your event. This is particularly important for those events where catering is provided.
Is the Cass Room accessible?
Yes. The Cass Room is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible via lift.
What are the minimum numbers for the Cass Room?
We charge for a minimum of 5 people using the Cass Room
