Is meeting room hire included in the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
Yes, it is. Our delegate packages are generous and offer a host of benefits including A/V equipment, Wi-Fi access, stationery essentials and, of course, fresh and healthy refreshments during breaks and lunches.
When do you need the final numbers for our meeting?
We ask that final numbers are provided no less than a week in advance of your event. This is particularly important for those events where catering is provided.
Do you offer technical assistance?
Yes, we are trained in the use of our own A/V equipment and our staff will be on hand to assist you where we can.
Do you have a lift in the building?
There is a small lift that is operational from the ground to second floor rooms.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your meeting room hire, a cancellation charge equal to the following percentage of the charge will apply:
- Notice of cancellation more than 10 working days prior to the event - no charge (0%)
- Notice of cancellation six to 10 working days prior to the event - part charge (50%)
- Notice of cancellation less than six working days prior to the event - full charge (100%)
