FAQs

    Is room hire included in the DDR?

    Yes. Our packages are transparent, and room hire is included in all our delegate rates, as well as refreshments, Wi-Fi access, audiovisual equipment and flipcharts.

    Is the Darwin Room accessible?

    Yes. The Darwin Room is accessible. It is located on the ground floor of the building and offers easy entry from the rear of the building.

    Can we hire the room in conjunction with the Newton Room?

    If the Newton Room is available, the two rooms can be hired together, which means you’ll have sole use of a superb ground floor event space.

    Can we bring in our own catering?

    Unfortunately, not. However, we offer delicious lunches and a range of tempting refreshment break options. Your Event Manager will be very happy to discuss choices with you.
