Our Annual Gulf Research Meeting commenced in 2009. Since 2010 we have been using the facilities at The Pitt Building. Our workshop directors and participants do enjoy the facilities every year and the staff are very professional and attentive.

FAQs

    Is room hire included in the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?

    Yes. Our packages are transparent, and room hire is included in all our delegate rates, as well as refreshments, Wi-Fi access, audiovisual equipment and flipcharts.

    Is the Bentley Room accessible?

    Yes. The Bentley Room is accessible. It is located on the second floor of the building and can be reached via lift or stairs.

    Can we hire the room for a couple of hours?

    We strongly encourage a half day or full day room hire and generally this is needed when factoring in set-up and take-down time. However, if this model does not fit with your event we will be happy to offer a tailored solution for you.

    Can I book the room for multiple days?

    Yes, of course. As long as we have availability we can look at multi-day bookings. We may also be able to offer a discount for repeat bookings.
