This book is addressed to all who are interested in the interplay between Information Technology and law. It constitutes the result of a project whose aim was to bring together computer scientists, legal theoreticians and legal practitioners and to prompt them to a common reflection on the implementation of Information Technologies into legal practice, on regulations the implementation may require and on potential changes it brings into the legal domain.
