Prizes available are as follows: One (1) Kindle, five (5) 'Classical Wanderings' luggage tags.

To the extent permitted by law, Cambridge accepts no liability in respect of the prizes. They are supplied “as is” with no express guarantee or warranty as to their suitability or quality. Cambridge reserves the right to cancel prize draws at any time. 

The winner and runners-up will be chosen by 10 August 2020 and contacted directly by 17 August. If they cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw that prize and choose a replacement entry. The winner and runners-up must be able to supply their images as either a large format jpeg or .png file.

The promoter will notify the winner and runner-s up when and where the prize can be delivered. If local delivery of any prize is unavailable or not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the entry and redraw a replacement winning entry. Please allow at least ninety (90) days for delivery of the prizes, unless otherwise stated.

1. The competition is open to any individual over the age of eighteen (18).
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Please submit one entry per person.
5. The closing date for this competition is 31 July 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition can be considered.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, its prize and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
8. The winner and runners-up agree to the use of their name and the image submitted in any publicity material.
9. Winning images become the property of Cambridge University Press. By submitting a winning image, you irrevocably grant Cambridge University Press (and those acting with its authority) an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to use the image you submitted for any purpose in Cambridge University Press’ sole discretion (including, without limitation, inclusion in any publication by Cambridge University Press or persons acting with Cambridge University Press’ authority, website use and promotion in any media or form whatsoever).
10. By submitting a winning image, you warrant that: (a) the image does not contain any third party copyrighted content; (b) that you have not been imprisoned for any offence or have been involved in any activity that may impact on Cambridge University Press’ ability to make effective use of the image or bring Cambridge University Press into disrepute; and (c) that you have the right to submit such image and to grant the permissions contained herein.
11. No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted or those submitted via macros or similar. Cambridge may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions. 
12. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
13. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Cambridge University Press and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.
14. Cambridge will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent, and will only use your personal data as outlined in Cambridge’s Privacy Policy.
15. Employees of Cambridge University Press, or their associated companies, and employees of any agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition are not eligible to participate. 
16. Cambridge accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
17. Cambridge reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Cambridge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
