A NEW SPECIES OF ASTICHUS (HYMENOPTERA: EULOPHIDAE) ASSOCIATED WITH THE BIRCH BRACKET FUNGUS POLYPORUS BETULINUS AND WOODY FUNGUS GANODERMA APPLANATUM IN EASTERN CANADA

Abstract

Astichus notus n. sp. reared from the birch bracket fungus Polyporus betulinus (Bulliard) Fries and woody fungus Ganoderma applanatum (Wallr.) Pat. in eastern Canada is described and illustrated and a key is included to the species of America, north of Mexico.
