Abstract

We propose a necessary and sufficient condition about the existence of variations, i.e.,of non trivial solutions $\eta\in W^{1,\infty}_0(\Omega)$ to the differential inclusion $\nabla\eta(x)\in-\nabla u(x)+{\bf D}$ .
