The peculiar object MHα 328-116 was included in the spectroscopic programme of Asiago since 1965. Its spectral evolution during 1965—66 and 1966—67 has been described in two previous communications (hereafter referred to as Paper I and Paper II) by MAMMANO and ROSINO (1966, 1968).
