In recent years GeSe2 glass has been intensively studied bydifferent methods. Light scattering experiments [1–10] have been used toinvestigate the molecular structure of the chalcogenide glasses. Diffractionstudies [16–17] have shown that the short range order of this glass issimilar to that of the crystalline GeSe2. Raman [9–10] andMössbauer [11–15] spectroscopies have extended these results to includelarge number of atoms (intermediate range order). Glass-crystallinetransition induced by laser irradiation has been investigated essentially byRaman scattering [10–16].
