A Variant of Capgras Syndrome with Substitution of Inanimate Objects

Abstract

An unusual and rare variant of Capgras syndrome is reported in which a patient with depressive illness became preoccupied with doubles of inanimate objects. The patient responded to antidepressant therapy.
