Side effects of palliative care
Include peace of mind and a sense of comfort
Dignity upheld until the very end
Easing the pain for the patient and those left
Elixir overflowing with hope and care
Families embraced in their hour of need
Fears of suffering allayed with light and love
Easing the journey, gentle and kind
Comforting those left behind, in the face of grief
Tempering sorrow with tender words
Supporting the soul in its final days
