His pre-operative hemodynamics are well controlled on metoprolol and phenoxybenzamine. What are your induction and maintenance plans? While the surgeon is resecting the tumor, the patient’s mean arterial pressure (MAP) increases from 90 mm Hg to 160 mm Hg. How will you treat this?
