An inset map of Kenya on the top right marks Kiambu County on the southwest, and Nairobi County to the south of Kiambu County. The expanded map of Kiambu County itself marks its main road arteries out of Nairobi, passing through major towns such as Limuru, Ruaka, Ruiru and Thika. The map highlights the enormous urban build-up around these roads, especially towards the Thika Road in the east of the County.
