Abstract

Background:

Olfactory dysfunction is a common condition that may in some cases require imaging to investigate a potential underlying cause.

Objectives:

This review describes the anatomy of normal olfaction and illustrates the pathological substrates of olfactory dysfunction amenable to imaging.
