Empirical legal research relies on institutional support. The contributors to this volume had the opportunity to discuss and refine their ideas during two workshops. The first was hosted by the London School of Economics in June 2023 and generously funded by the LSE Law School. The second was held at the University of Copenhagen in June 2024, with financial support from the Carlsberg Foundation and the Danish Research Council Sapere Aude Research Grant. In addition, Daniel Naurin’s work has been supported by the IUROPA Project, funded by the Swedish Research Council (2018-04215).
