Spelling, Abbreviations, Data Access Statement
We have adopted Greek spelling for names of people and places, except in those cases where the Latinized form is more familiar.
For ancient authors and works, and modern collections of ancient evidence, we use the list of abbreviations found in Hornblower, S., Spawforth, A. and Eidinow, E. 2012. The Oxford Classical Dictionary, ed. 4, Oxford; this is also available online.
