Regarding the above article by Polisena et al. (2018), author Mackenzie Shaheen was unable to complete the authorship form at the time of publication and was thus not included on the authorship list in the original published article. Mackenzie contributed significantly to the development and conduct of the study, revised the manuscript critically for content and approved the final version. As a result Mackenzie has been added to the original article byline to acknowledge her contribution as a co-author and comply with best practice for publishing ethics.
