Dear readers, authors, editors, reviewers, and subscribers of Powder Diffraction journal. This will be our last issue with Cambridge University Press and, for the moment, the last scheduled issue of the journal. Since 1986, nearly 40 years, when ICDD began self-publishing this journal, we have strived to bring the very best in technique, educational content, reviews, and new diffraction data to the materials characterization community.

Since 2007, I, Nicole, have had the pleasure of working as the Managing Editor of the journal. Since 2014, I, Camden, have had the pleasure of being the Editor-in-Chief. We very much appreciate the authors, editors, and reviewers extensive support over the years. Thank you all!
