The authors have identified a mistake in Figure 2 of the published manuscript: the order of four estimates were wrongly placed in the first forest plot in Figure 2 (men) which were inconsistent with the numerical estimates presented on the right side (i.e., Kodesh 2012, Crupm 2013, Laursen 2013, and Laursen 2013). We have revised the Figure 2 immediately by correcting the order of the four estimates plotted in forest plot. The amended Figure 2 is attached below.
