There is a red-ink heading to f. 251r of “Willelmus Walton” and one to f. 251v of “Fanchirche – Walton”. Folios 252r and 252v both have the heading “Fanchirche”.

Vicesimo die mensis Novembris anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo quinquagesimo octavo, regni vero regis Henrici sexti tricesimo septimo, ego, Willelmus Walton, civis & aurifaber civitatis London’, sanus mente & in bona mea memoria existens, condo, facio, & ordino specialiter quo ad tenementa subscripta presens testamentum meum in hunc modum: In primis, lego & comendo animam meam deo omnipotenti creatori meo, beateque Marie virgini matri ejus, & omnibus sanctis, corpusque meum sepeliendum prout in alio testamento meo de bonis meis mobilibus facto plenius declaravi.
