Summary
The previous chapters introduced the discriminative lexicon model and provided a step-by-step guide to how DLM models can be implemented with the JudiLing package. In this chapter, we show how we can make use of this package to explore aspects of a diverse set of languages and linguistic systems. As we proceed through this chapter, the technical complexity of the analyses will slowly but steadily increase. In contrast to the previous chapters, we will not provide exhaustive analyses but rather focus on specific aspects, more similarly to how analyses with the DLM might be carried out to answer real research questions.
