1 In August 1973 the Archivo General was relocated from the Palacio Nacional on the Zócalo to the Antiguo Palacio de Comunicaciones, Tacuba 8, quite near the Palacio de Bellas Artes. 4 Recent visits to the new Archive location at Tacuba 8, México 2, D.F. seem to indicate that this will be a lengthy process and that the Archivo Provisional may not be available to investigators on a regular basis.
