Animal Genetic Resources (AGR) supports the implementation of the Global Plan of Action for Animal Genetic Resources, the internationally agreed framework for the management of animal genetic resources for food and agriculture, by publishing papers related to the four strategic priority areas of the Global Plan of Action: characterisation, inventory and monitoring of trends and associated risks; sustainable use and development; conservation; and policies, institutions and capacity-building.
