In recognition of their outstanding academic and personalachievements, APSA is pleased to announce the APSA Minority Fellowsfor the 2008–2009 academic year. Awards are based on the students'undergraduate course work, GPA, GRE scores, extracurricularactivities, and recommendations from political science faculty. Aselection committee designated 15 Fellows to receive financialsupport from the Association.
