Over three months after our letter to the editorReference Jackson, Rupprecht, Mani, Aréchiga-Ceballos and Knobel1 was published, the British Medical Journal (BMJ) retracted the case report (https://casereports.bmj.com/content/17/3/e256408ret; https://doi.org/10.1136/bcr-2023-256408ret) because of the concerns we raised.
