Summary
This Appendix contains the data mapped in the Poor, Rich and Wealthy maps and cartograms on pages 14-16 of the Introduction and Overview. Additionally, it include the ranking of each Local Authority in Great Britain. The City of London and the Isles of Scilly have not been included due to their extremely low populations. Northern Ireland is also excluded from this Appendix.
