Read and Publish agreement with JUSTICE - Japan

The Japan Alliance of University Library Consortia for E-Resources (JUSTICE) has made an agreement with Cambridge University Press to support Open Access publishing.

If you are affiliated with a participating institution, you can publish your article Open Access (OA) - at no cost to you - in gold* and hybrid journals.

• Ehime University
• Kanagawa University
• Kochi University
• Matsuyama University
• Meiji University
• National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies
• Niigata University
• Osaka University
• Ritsumeikan Trust
• Saitama University
• Showa Women's University
• Sophia University
• Tokyo Denki University (covers selected journals)
• Tokyo Institute of Technology (covers selected journals)
• Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (covers selected journals)
• University of Tsukuba
• University of Tokyo 
• Utsunomiya University
• Waseda University

Easily check your eligibility to publish OA under this agreement, and the journals available to you, by using our OA Waiver & Discount checker tool. In addition, you can enjoy access to Cambridge University Press journals content.

* With the exception of Cambridge Prisms and Research Directions journals. We offer several other routes to funding OA publication in these titles.

To be eligible, articles must:

• Have a corresponding author affiliated with a  participating institution as listed above.
• Be original research – eligible article types are research articles, review articles, rapid communications, brief reports and case reports
• Be accepted for publication in a Cambridge University Press journal covered by the agreement
• Be accepted for publication from 1 January 2025

JUSTICE : Read & Publish契約 - 日本

大学図書館コンソーシアム連合（JUSTICE）は、オープンアクセス出版の推進を目指して、Cambridge University Pressと契約を締結しました。 

加盟機関に所属している場合、ゴールドとハイブリッド型ジャーナルでオープンアクセス（OA）の論文を無料で出版することが可能です。 

OA Waiver & Discount checker tool（OA免除＆割引の確認ツール）を利用して、本契約に基づくOA出版の資格と利用可能なジャーナルを簡単に確認出来ます。さらに、Cambridge University Press journals content へのアクセスもお楽しみください。

論文が資格対象になるための必要条件：

• 責任著者(corresponding author)が掲載の加盟機関に所属している事。 

• オリジナル研究である事ー 研究論文、レビュー論文、速報、短報及び症例報告などが対象の論文タイプになります。

• Cambridge University Pressのジャーナルでの出版が承認され、所属機関の購読コレクションである事。

• 該当年に出版/承認されている事。
