Online learning services

Online Learning Services from Cambridge University Press is a new service unit within our Higher Education Publishing division. Building on Cambridge University Press’ reputation as a publisher of trusted textbooks and ancillary resources, the Online Learning Services team supports academics across the University of Cambridge to create custom short courses and digital courseware for online and blended learning.

Support for Teaching and Learning

The Online Learning Services team has supported Cambridge academics through the COVID-19 pandemic with a series of webinars on Remote Teaching and Learning. Led by Deirdre Cijffers, Lead Learning Designer for the Online Learning Services team, these webinars have provided valuable support for instructors, regardless of their prior experience with online learning.

The webinars covered key issues such as planning your course, maintaining student engagement, communicating your ideas online and creating and managing communities of remote learners.
